In her role as Head of Marketing at Fit4D, Sitella leads the development and execution of marketing strategies to accelerate the company’s growth.  With over 15 years of multidisciplinary marketing experience, she has held leadership roles at major corporations and with small and medium-sized businesses.

Prior to joining Fit4D, Sitella drove the strategic direction of brands by increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, demand generation and sales development for B2B businesses across various industries including healthcare technology and subscription marketing. 

Most recently, Sitella headed marketing at SigmaCare, a high growth startup in the electronic health record (E H R) and customer relationship management (CRM) business serving the long term and post-acute care market. She developed the marketing organization, led national and local branding initiatives, launched new products and optimized lead generation to grow the sales pipeline.  Through understanding customer and client needs, Sitella developed targeted messaging and marketing strategies that drove product adoption and brand engagement.

At HBO, Sitella led subscriber acquisition campaigns for key cable accounts and businesses, including the company’s 5 largest distributors and national hospitality chains.  She increased sell-in by forging strategic partnerships and devised new ways to reach broad and fragmented distribution channels, resulting in subscriber growth of over 30%.

Sitella holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and certifications in Pragmatic Marketing
