Rachel Alanko, RD
Rachel Alanko is a Registered Dietitian and holds a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Throughout her career, she has worked as a health coach, helping individuals improve their health through living well and managing their chronic conditions. Rachel has 7 years experience in weight management counseling, 4 of which included telephonic coaching. She has coached individuals, taught group classes, and presented to large audiences to help her clients make sustainable lifestyle changes.
Rachel considers herself a coach first and a registered dietitian second. She loves to take the time getting to know those she works with to find their motivation for change. She believes there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to creating a healthier lifestyle and will take the time getting to know you and discussing what changes are realistic and will stick. She truly loves to see people’s lives transform as they make small changes that lead to increased confidence and in the end, big results.
