Pam White, RN, CDE

Certified Diabetes Educator

Pam White is an experienced Registered Nurse and Diabetes Educator, practicing for the last 15 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Community Health Nursing from Indiana University. She is an insulin pump trainer and has extensive experience with Continuous Glucose Monitors. In addition to her qualifications, Pam completed a certificate class in Health and Wellness Coaching in 2017, enhancing her skills in motivational interviewing and helping people set goals for behavior change. Her experience in Diabetes began in Home Health and continued as she specialized and began working as an Inpatient and Outpatient educator in a hospital Diabetes program. She has spent time working in a Federally Qualified Health Center as the coordinator of the National Collaborative for Health Disparities focusing on diabetes and asthma. Pam taught a diabetes prevention class when the Health Center received a grant for pre-diabetes classes. Pam's passion is helping people with diabetes make lifestyle changes to live and embrace their lives to the fullest.

I am so excited to be part of Fit4D. Using technology along with a personal touch to coach
people with diabetes is the new frontier. At the end of the day it is about our patients and making a positive impact to their lives.
