Molly’s desire to help people who have diabetes started at a young age, while watching her mom deal with the challenges of managing diabetes. Molly’s education and experiences have taught her that people who have diabetes do not have to give up the foods or activities they love. They just need support and assistance in learning how to include those favorite foods and activities. Molly loves when someone she is working with has that “ah-ha” moment and realizes, ”I can do this and it really isn’t going to be so bad”. Molly focuses on helping people develop small goals to make small changes, which can really make a big difference on their health.
