Lysandra Vander Hart, RD
Lysandra is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health and Wellness Coach who has a passion for Holistic Wellness. As a young widow and proud mother of two daughters, Lysandra has a strong desire to share health messages related to whole-person wellness, cooking natural foods and bringing up health conscious families to live well-balanced and joyful lives. Reducing exposure to toxins and harsh chemicals in the environment, food supply and within our own four walls is a driving motivator for how Lysandra lives her life daily and supports the growth of her family.
With 15 years of experience in nutrition counseling, chemical free living, wellness coaching and providing education on a variety of topics from weight management, diabetes, nutrition, chronic disease, exercise, stress management and more, she has lectured widely on various nutrition and environmental topics.
Lysandra is an active contributor in the nutrition community and belongs to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Michigan Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Dietitians of West Michigan and the American Fitness and Aerobics Association. She is also a proud contributor in Women’s Day Magazine.
Lysandra obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and completed an accredited didactic internship through Michigan State University and holds a certificate in Adult Weight Management by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She also attended Western Michigan University to complete a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Graduate Certificate in Holistic Health. As a leader in the health and wellness industry, Lysandra desire's to educate consumers on the products they bring into their homes for nutrition and wellness and motivate others to move toward a more well rounded lifestyle.
