The Fit4D staff have been incredibly helpful as I have focused on my training... I have received detailed training schedule, nutritional information, as well as having the opportunity to participate in diabetes specific training webinars that I have carried with me over the many weeks of training. The customized training log has been most helpful as I have needed to focus on my hill training. Delaine has been a great listener and has worked to put together a plan that works within my hectic schedule. The staff have been very supportive!
