Then, based on the assessment, your coaching team will work with you to tailor a plan and provide support that is best for your child.
Finally, you will receive guidance from your Fit4D Coaches as you work together to empower your child in his or her diabetes management.
You will be paired with a team of Fit4d Coaches, specialized in working with children with diabetes. Your team will consist of a Nutrition Coach, Fitness Coach and a Wellness Coach who will review your child's initial assessment and lead you on a journey of education, personalized guidance, and support:
After completing Fit4D Personalized Diabetes Coaching you will be equipped with the knowledge to help your child better manage blood glucose levels, safely manage weight with diet and exercise, and reach a healthy A1C number. Your Fit4D Coaching team is available to continue to provide support and guidance as long as you’d like through the Fit4D Stay Fit Program.
