Fit4D is committed to providing personalized education and training to the millions of people currently living with diabetes. In an effort to extend the reach of its unique one-to-one coaching experience, Fit4D also offers group classes that package the benefits of individualized attention with the cost benefits and peer support offered by a group environment
Fit4D's virtual classroom environment allows our diabetes coaching team to provide expert advice and guidance to a larger group of like-minded individuals that share a similar topical interest. Class curriculum ranges from sport-specific training to weight-loss, diet to abdominal exercises. Classes run 4-6 weeks in duration and act as a perfect springboard to Fit4D's one-to-one offerings.
Fit4D's group class programs offer peer-to-peer support and a targeted curriculum. Because class topics are so specific, Fit4D's coaches are able to provide highly detailed instruction and create very specific benchmarks for success for each student. A camaraderie forms between classmates and these courses become a platform for social networking as well as better health.
For anyone new to the concept of diabetes coaching, group classes offer a perfect introduction to Fit4D's coaching philosophies and its team of experts. Classes require a shorter time commitment and a smaller initial investment making it the perfect primer for the one-to-one programs. Because you choose classes by topic, you are sure to receive targeted instruction and personalized support from a coach that is an expert in that field.
We recognize that sometimes your goals are very specific and your time is limited. With group classes, people with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes can focus their training on individual programs dedicated to weight loss, overall exercise planning, and other more general lifestyle components of the Fit4D coaching curriculum. Classes offer a relaxed and social coaching experience that address your overall health and well-being.
Fit4D classes also allow those that are more serious about their athletic pursuits to focus their energy on sports-specific training or higher intensity fitness programs that target specific muscle groups. These classes offer link-minded athletes a chance to push each other and benefit from a larger group of likeminded individuals all focused on the same fitness goals.
