Our Process
Using proprietary, pre-action assessment tools, our coach-experts develop an Engagement Plan to form an initial rapport with patients. This plan involves identifying each patient's unique Learning Style, Lifestyle Situation, and Medical History, and proceeds to optimize an Engagement Plan utilizing combinations of high-tech and high-touch technology.
 

Our Plans
